I’ve definitely been on a smoothie kick lately, and it’s been fun experimenting with different flavors and ingredients. Along with my morning cup of coffee, smoothies have kind of been the perfect thing for me lately in this busy season of life (any other moms of young children out there? …raise your hand if you aren’t too tired to do so).

Smoothies are a great way to pack in a bunch of nutrients and protein, while also being friendly to take with you on the go. I love ’em, and this cherry chocolate smoothie is no exception.

  • Chocolate Collagen: I love and use chocolate collagen peptides from Thrive Market.
  • Kefir: I used whole milk kefir in this recipe.

  • 1/4 cup tart cherry juice
  • 1/3 cup milk kefir
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate collagen
