- 1 cup frozen pitted sweet cherries
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup tart cherry juice
- 1/3 cup milk kefir
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 scoop chocolate collagen
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Add 1-2 tbsp of nut butter for some added protein.
- Variations: This recipe can easily be changed to accommodate different flavors. Swap the cherries for strawberries, blackberries, etc.
- Kefir: If you don’t have any milk kefir, you can substitute it for a little yogurt mixed with some milk.
