- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop collagen
- 2 scoops protein powder
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Greek Yogurt: I used plain, whole milk Greek yogurt for this recipe, but you could swap for another flavor (vanilla would be delicious!)
- Additions: Add 1-2 tbsp of nut butter for some added fat and protein.
- Variations: This recipe can easily be changed to accommodate different flavors. Swap the strawberries for cherries or blackberries, add a handful of spinach for an extra nutrient boost- whatever you like!
