Description

Quick, easy, and delicious, this 5 minute fall chocolate bark is the perfect no bake dessert for fall! Melty milk chocolate gets sprinkled with an array of fun toppings- think pretzels and pumpkin seeds, dried fruit, and festive fall sprinkles, for a quick and easy dessert the whole family will love.

Ingredients

Scale

12 oz quality chocolate (I used milk chocolate, but semi-sweet or dark chocolate also works well)

Pretzels

Pumpkin seeds

Dried cherries or other fruit

Chopped nuts (walnuts, cashews, and pecans all work great here)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Prepare a large baking sheet by lining with parchment paper. Add the chocolate, arranging into a large rectangle shape.
  3. Place the chocolate into preheated oven for 3-5 minutes. The chocolate will begin to melt just slightly.
  4. Pull the chocolate from the oven, and then use an offset spatula to gently swirl and spread it around until smooth.
  5. While the chocolate is still warm, add preferred toppings.
  6. Place in the refrigerator to chill until set, about 1 hour. Once chilled, break into pieces and store in an airtight container to enjoy for up to 1 week.
